When you use the enquiry form on this site we collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, and whatever you choose to tell us about your concern. If you go on to book, we also hold clinical information: case history, assessment findings, session notes, and progress records.
To reply to your enquiry, to plan and deliver therapy, to keep an accurate clinical record, and to send appointment reminders. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Only the services needed to run the practice:
Clinical information is shared with another professional, a school, or a hospital only with your written consent, or where the law requires it, or where there is a serious risk to someone's safety.
Sessions are not recorded unless you ask for it or agree to it in advance. Nothing identifying a client is used on social media or in teaching material without separate written permission, which you may withdraw at any time.
Enquiries that do not lead to therapy are deleted within a year. Clinical records are kept for as long as professional practice standards require, then securely destroyed.
Write to skyisthelimittherapy@gmail.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within 30 days.

Sky is the Limit provides speech, language, feeding and swallowing therapy, delivered online, at the clinic in Manikonda, Hyderabad, or at home by arrangement. Therapy is provided by an RCI registered speech-language pathologist.
Speech therapy supports communication, feeding and swallowing. It does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. In an emergency, or where a medical condition is suspected, contact a doctor or emergency services. Anything on this website is general information, not individual clinical advice.
Consultations are booked and paid for through the Tealfeed booking links on this site; ongoing therapy may also be paid by UPI, bank transfer, or in person at the clinic. Sessions are confirmed once payment is received. Fees are quoted per session and may change, though never for sessions already booked.
Please join or arrive on time. A late start does not extend the session. For online sessions you are responsible for a working device, a reasonable internet connection, and a quiet place to work. If the connection fails on our side, the session is rescheduled or refunded in full.
Sessions for anyone under 18 must be booked by a parent or legal guardian, who is asked to remain contactable throughout an online session and present for home visits.
Therapy is planned around evidence-based practice and reviewed regularly, but progress varies from person to person and no specific result can be guaranteed. Home practice makes a real difference to how quickly goals are met.
Either side may end therapy at any time; unused prepaid sessions are refunded. We may decline to continue where behaviour towards the therapist is abusive, or where another service would serve the client better, in which case we will say so and suggest where to go next.

Therapy time is booked for one person, so a slot given up late usually cannot be filled. The rules below try to be fair to both sides.
Sudden illness, hospital visits and genuine emergencies are not counted against you. Tell us as soon as you can and we will move the session without charge.
Where sessions are bought as a block, unused sessions are refunded on request at the standard single-session rate. Sessions already attended are not refundable.
Refunds go back through the method used to pay and usually reach you within 7 to 10 working days. Payments made through the booking platform are also subject to that platform's own processing times.
No more waiting. Book a time that's comfortable for you and your family, and we'll be ready.
